Terms of Service

Information about the proposed Margin simulated evaluation service, account use, and current development limitations.

Draft for review — not a finalized policy. This page describes the current development-stage service and proposed practices. A qualified attorney must review it, and Margin must verify its actual data handling, business details, jurisdiction, and payment terms before public launch.

Service status

Margin currently operates as a development and demonstration environment. Trading is simulated, no real orders are executed through the demo evaluation system, and live evaluation payments and cash payouts are not enabled.

Any future paid service and payout program will require separate published commercial terms, eligibility criteria, and legal review before becoming available.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and providing accurate registration information. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another user's data or administrative functions.

The proposed paid service will be subject to age and jurisdiction eligibility restrictions. Margin must publish and enforce those restrictions before onboarding paying customers.

Simulated evaluations

Account balances, positions, returns, and performance results shown in the development environment are simulated and are not deposits, brokerage holdings, or money available for withdrawal.

Sample profit targets, drawdown thresholds, add-ons, and pricing shown on the site are illustrative until officially published, versioned, and accepted in an actual agreement.

Acceptable use

  • Do not manipulate platform data, exploit software errors, or interfere with access by other users.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or misuse another person's account.
  • Do not attempt to evade evaluation restrictions or unauthorized-access controls.

Changes and disputes

Margin may update the development service and correct errors. Any future binding terms must specify how notice, dispute handling, account restrictions, refunds, and customer remedies work under applicable law.

Who operates Margin

The operating legal entity, registered address, governing-law provisions, formal support address, and effective date must be supplied and reviewed before launch. This draft does not establish a final customer contract.
